The project teams assigned to work with the Ye Olde Sandwich Shoppe, Inc. are constructed as follows:

Project Manager
The project manager is responsible for keeping the team focused on solving the problem as assigned. The project manager will work with his or her team to encourage a free exchange of ideas and facilitate the introduction of as many solutions as possible. The project manager will also work with his or her team to ensure that all of the necessary forms are completed and properly ordered for presentation to the client. The project manager will be responsible for coordinating the final presentation to the Ye Olde executive team with their final job aide solution.

Subject Matter Expert (SME)
The subject matter expert that has been assigned to each team has had some form of experience working in a restaurant environment. Wherever possible, SMEs were chosen with sandwich shop experience. The SME will work with the team to refine ideas and provide context to the team's work. In particular, the SME should work with the team to help them get a better appreciation of the food service environment.

Lead Content Designer
The lead content designer serves as the primary instructional designer on the team. He or she will work with the team to select the format of the job aides, the sequencing of instruction, the development of instructional materials and assessment instruments, and the development of the job aide itself. The lead content designer will also ensure that the overall instructional design is consistent with the needs identified by the client and the goals articulated by the team.

Lead Content Developer / Writer
The lead content developer/write will work with his or her team by ensuring that content ideas presented by the client, SME, and project manager are captured and translated into the selected instructional format. He or she will also work to ensure that the primary instructional vehicles designated by the lead content designer are created in a way that meets the needs of the client and their learners.
