When Rose Walker founded Ye Olde Sandwich Shoppe, she wanted to create a place that held to basic, trusted, tried and true, food service principles. At Ye Olde, our mission is simple:

First, we will serve great sandwiches made from the freshest, highest-quality ingredients we can find.

Second, we will do this while providing fast, friendly service in clean, inviting stores, located conveniently throughout the Bay Area.

At Ye Olde Sandwhich Shoppe, you won't find frozen vegetables, canned soups, or day old breads. We source our ingredients daily in order to provide each of our guests the best tasting sandwiches, soups, and salads! And best of all, they are always made right when you order them, exactly the way you want them!

This instructional design case study was designed by Mr. Peter Thorsett under the direction of Dr. Laurie B. Dias for use with Instructional Technology 7100 at Georgia State University. All on-going maintenance of the site is done by Mr. Thorsett.
