Research
The items in this
area are specific research projects, most conducted at the College of
Law, that focus on technology application. There are also some projects
here that focus on the rate of diffusion of technology among law students
and law faculty. These are projects that I have developed and administered.

Incoming Class Technology Survey

This annual
survey is conducted by the College of Law at Georgia State to provide
data for two primary areas: the use of technology and its impact
on incoming student decisions to attend GSU and the incoming students'
technological proficiency. Served as primary data analyst and developed
survey instrumentation for 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003 administrations. The samples below are hosted at the College of Law and are
subject to their server's availability.

Website Benchmarking Study

This study
was designed to evaluate the websites of the 180+ American Bar Association
Approved Law schools in 2001. The survey looked at several key areas
including services and types of information provided to: current
students, prospective students, alumni, faculty and staff, and the
community at large. The study also looked at ranked design trends,
information currency trends, and the types of technologies being
deployed to deliver the information to various constituencies.
