This project involved the complete reorganization of service delivery departments and structures at the company's corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. This reorganization was designed to streamline the flow of information to the 375+ project sites the company managed in North and South America, Europe, and Asia. This included reassigning employees into new job roles - the descriptions of which appear below.
