"TechnoLOGICALLY Speaking "
Department of Housing & Residence Life - University of North Carolina at Charlotte

This monthly newsletter was developed for an audience of undergraduate students living in the Residence Halls at UNC-Charlotte. Articles targeted issues confronting this population, including: Phishing, Spam Management, Computer Security, and PC Back-Up Routines. The newsletter was distributed both in hard copy and electronically via a central website.

each semester to alert faculty and staff to various technology related
issues at the college. Included special information on instructional
technology, features on faculty and staff technology applications,
and up-coming training opportunities.

Group employees in the Atlanta region. Contained how-to's for both
Macintosh and PC users, up-coming training calendars, and information
on changes related to technology programs at Turner.

Desk Launch Marketing Communications Plan
Turner Entertainment Group - Turner Broadcasting System, Inc.

Developed the marcom plan for the creation, funding, and launch
of a new information technology help desk at the Turner Entertainment
Group. Included collateral material samples, project timelines,
and budget and expenditure forecasts.
